Sponsorship Agreement
Between Brisbane Boys’ College (BBC) and the Sponsor
This agreement is between:
Brisbane Boys’ College (BBC)

The organisation identified in the sponsorship application and invoice (Sponsor).
1. Purpose
This Agreement formalises an Event Sponsorship between Brisbane Boys’ College (BBC) and the Sponsor, with the Sponsor signing on as a Hole Sponsor for the Old Collegians’ Association Golf Day (an OCA event). This Agreement is governed by the principles and procedures outlined in the Brisbane Boys’ College Sponsorship Policy (Version 1, approved 12 November 2025).
2. Term
Commencement Date: The date the sponsorship invoice is paid in full.
Expiry Date: Once the Event and all agreed sponsorship obligations have been completed.
3. Sponsor Commitments
Sponsor agrees to:
- Contribute a sponsorship investment of AUD $1,500 (no GST).
- Select a preferred hole, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and confirmed prior to the Event.
- Provide all signage, promotional materials and/or hole activation resources.
- Deliver all materials to College House by Friday, 30 October.
- Collect all materials directly from Brisbane Golf Club following presentation.
- Supply a social media tile and accompanying copy for promotion.
- Complete the BBC Business Directory registration form.
4. BBC Commitments
Brisbane Boys’ College via the Old Collegians’ Association agrees to provide:
- Team entry for four players.
- Exclusive Sponsor branding at a designated hole.
- Recognition during the Event presentation.
- A promotional post via the OCA Facebook and Instagram channels.
- A link for optional inclusion on the BBC Business Directory.
5. Brand Usage & Approvals
All use of BBC branding and assets must be approved by the Director of School Development and Community Engagement.
All use of Sponsor branding within BBC channels will be subject to sponsor approval.
Both parties agree to uphold brand integrity and alignment with College values.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms of this Agreement and any commercially sensitive information shared during the sponsorship period, unless disclosure is required by law or mutually agreed in writing.
7. Reporting & Evaluation
BBC will provide a post event summary of activations and engagement metrics if appropriate.
Optional feedback sessions may be scheduled to refine future opportunities.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination must be documented in writing and include reasons for ending the arrangement. Upon termination, BBC will remove sponsor branding from all relevant platforms and materials, and both parties will cease use of co-branded content.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, government action, or interruption of utilities or transport.
In such cases:
BBC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative recognition or benefits where possible, but full delivery of agreed benefits may not be feasible.
The sponsor acknowledges that certain benefits may be reduced, postponed, or cancelled without constituting a breach of this Agreement.
Both parties agree to communicate promptly and in good faith to explore alternative arrangements or adjustments appropriate to the situation.
10. Acceptance and Review
In submitting a sponsorship application and paying the sponsorship invoice, the Sponsor confirms that it has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The person submitting the sponsorship application confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the Sponsor.
Submission of a sponsorship application does not guarantee acceptance. BBC and/or the OCA reserve the right to accept or decline a proposed Sponsor at their discretion.
If a sponsorship is declined, the sponsorship fee will be refunded in full in a timely manner.
